PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
Commissioned by TNO, the Centre of Excellence for Data Sharing and Cloud (CoE-DSC) processes personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide personal data to us yourself.
We process names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and information about your activities on our website. We do not process special or sensitive personal data. We do not store this data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
We process this data for sending our newsletter (if you have given us permission to) to be able to call you if necessary to carry out our services, to invite you to our events or conference (if you have given us permission to) and if we are legally obliged to do so.
You can consent us permission to send you our newsletter. If you do, we will collect your data (name, organization and e-mail address). You can withdraw your consent for sending this newsletter at any time by sending an email to info[@]coe-dsc.nl. Your cancellation will take place within two weeks and you will receive a confirmation.
DATA SHARING WITH STAKEHOLDERS
CoE-DSC and TNO do not sell data to third parties and only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with legal obligations. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
CoE-DSC remains responsible for these processing operations.
