PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
Commissioned by TNO, ECP processes personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide personal data to us yourself.
We process names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and information about your activities on our website. We do not process special or sensitive personal data. We do not store this data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
We process this data for sending our newsletter (if you have given us permission to) to be able to call you if necessary to carry out our services, to invite you to our events or conference (if you have given us permission to) and if we are legally obliged to do so.
You can consent us permission to send you our newsletter. If you do, we will collect your data (name, organization and e-mail address). You can withdraw your consent for sending this newsletter at any time by sending an email to info[@]ecp.nl. Your cancellation will take place within two weeks and you will receive a confirmation.
You can register for an event in response to an invitation. Depending on the type of event, we need a minimum set of data to be able to organize this event. We collect your name and e-mail address and, if necessary, other information stated on the registration form (or in the e-mail). You can unsubscribe from an event by sending an email to events[@]ecp.nl.
DATA SHARING WITH STAKEHOLDERS
ECP and TNO do not sell data to third parties and only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with legal obligations. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
TNO remains responsible for these processing operations.

The Gaia-X.nl website uses functional and analytical cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website.
